Advocate (Lt Col A.K. Antony besides being an Advocate, is an Engineer and an MBA. During his 20 years of service in the Army and during his Corporate Experience, he acquired vast experience in Service law, Contract and Property Laws. He gained hands on experience in Construction Contracts and in Property Purchases and dispute resolutions. Also, he gained expertise in land acquisition laws and in Forest Conservation Acts, leasing of lands for Projects from Forest Departments and from Revenue Lands.

He is an Alumni of XLRI, Jamshedpur where he had specialized in Finance and Accounting. He is very comfortable with Equity and Debt Capital, Accounts and Financial Statements.

As a student of Law, he gained specialized expertise in both Direct and Indirect Taxation, Transfer of Property and Hindu Succession Laws. In the law College, he was the best in learning law and in Class Room Interactions and Moot Courts.

He had worked with a very reputed Tax Firms in Chennai. Also, he worked with very reputed law firms in Chennai where all branches of law are practiced.

He has good experience in matters related to Company Law, Banking Laws including SARFAESI Act and dealt with DRT and NCLT. He has now specialized in GST and in Income Tax matters and in all types of Transfer of Property to include SARFAESI Acts and Acquisition of Property. He serves more on the Writ Jurisdiction of the High Court. He is good in fields related to Succession of Properties, Partition, Settlsement, Hindu Laws, Mohammedan Laws of Property, Encroachment, Sale deeds, Mutation, issuance of Patta, Apartment Act and on RERA matters.


Lt Col A.K. Antony involves into Criminal Trial practice where there are very complicated and confusing issues of law including statutory procedures and where interpretation of law on the basis of SC Judgments is involved. He has hands-on experience in IPC Offences of Cheating like IPC Sections 406, 415 and 415 are involved. He also deals with NI Act (Section 138) matters.
